Are you failing miserably at the dating and mating game, or just wondering why some women are effortlessly enjoying the fun of being courted? Or perhaps you’ve bought into the myths of popular culture (i.e. all the good men are taken/gay, etc.) but now it’s high time to bust them. Catherine Haden asks that you take a good long look at yourself, on the inside.

This is a guide that talks mostly of the psychological aspects; information on favorable male to female ratios, cities where the odds are better, etc, are not discussed here. Yet, the psychological aspect is the most important groundwork in the beginning. Are you confident? How do you carry yourself? Things like that really DO matter. I guess if your friends say you’re a great catch but you haven’t dated in like, ten years, think about a geographic move then.

If you read through some of the lists it may surprise you to discover what you have been doing, or not doing that could be a part of self-sabotage. The author’s clear intent was to help single women learn to make that connection.

Yet this task seems to be a difficult and this book provides the guide to win that man. Identifying the obstacle and improving the self-esteem is the main thing here. The book provides practical guide to set your mind on the correct cause make you understand what you should do and should not. You can understand what attracts men, what men expect from you and you will be boosted with confidence after reading this book. This book mentions you signs of men which will be really helpful in winning your date. Altogether I find this very useful and valuable practical guide and I highly recommend this for my fellow ladies.

Bold book that shatters old beliefs

This book challenges our daily eating habits of mixing different type of food in one meal. New research has shown that mixing different kinds of food in one go can rob you of energy instead of giving you energy! Do you feel fatigue and sleepy after that big meal of rice with meat with eggs and fish during lunch? You bet! Then after that you constipate! I've made a guinea pig of myself and found it to be true! If I combine my food properly, I don't feel sleepy after lunch, even if it was a big meal!Today, more and more people are discovering the importance of food combining, and many authors are recommending it. See books like "The Tao Of Health, Sex and Longevity" by Daniel Reid. Food combining is one of the most important thing Tony Robbins did to make his vitality explode!Here's a way to see for yourself that it works. The missing cornerstone to healthy eating.

This is a must have simple book for anyone wanting to change there health, weight or attitude with diet. His clinical work shows that what foods you eat together make a huge difference between a meal's constructive or a destructive effects on your body. When I started following his guidelines I got clearer, more energy and alertness in days. When I stray (holidays etc.) the body feels heavy, slugish in and hour. A wonderful simple essential book.

A Guidebook to Better Digestion and Health

I've been interested in nutrition for more than 50 years, and one of the most helpful books I've read in that half century is Herbert Shelton's "Food Combing Easy Made Easy." It is a small book, really not much more than a pamphlet, but the information it contains can dramatically improve your health, energy, and digestion. I know that when I eat proper food combinations, I feel better and have more energy. Some bad food combinations are more pernicious than others. For example, dried fruit, such as raisins with protein (such as nuts) or starch (such wheat) causes fermentation because the nuts and/or wheat retard the speed of the digestion of the raisins, resulting in fermentation and nasty farts.

In yoga philosophy, it is said that the "mind feeds on food." In other words, bad eating habits produce negative, disturbing thoughts. If you're a meditator, you'll find that eating proper food combinations will help you to quiet your mind.

Of the uncountable number of books on nutrition I've read, I'd rate "Food Combining Made Easy" in my top five, along with "The Paleo Diet"; "Ayurveda: The Science of Self-healing"; "Food is Your Best Medicine"; and "Fit for Life," which elaborates and expands upon the principles in Shelton's book.

About the Author
Susan-Jane Beers is an Irish-born writer who lived and worked in England until 1987 when she moved to the Far East. While living in Indonesia in the early 1990s, she became interested in Indonesian traditional medicine when it solved a chronic ailment within days. This led to ten years of in-depth research into the archipelago's traditional health and beauty industry and its applications, resulting in this book. Beers also writes for a number of regional magazines, including Artention, The Peak and B International in Hong Kong and Expat magazine in Singapore.

Great ending to the storyline

I loved this book. I've been waiting to see what happened with Kiera and A'Ran and Anshan for a while. And was even more intrigued when I read Kiera's Home. I was happy to see it was included in this book because I needed the refresher, and it was a good intro to the remainder of the story.

As we learned in Kiera's Home, Kiera learns she is dying and suspects that Anshan is too, but doesn't know if she is driving the planet's demise or vice versa. She hasn't told A'Ran for fear that he would return her home to Earth, and the secret is weighing on her. On top of that, she will see Evey soon after assuming their friendship is over and they would never have reason to meet again. But Anshan needs help, and trading with their old allies is crucial.

I loved how the story unfolded, and how much A'Ran evolved from the duty bound Dhjan to someone who places family ahead of duty. There was a spiritual component, in how the planet was alive and bound by the souls of the people who inhabited it in the past. Some of it was definitely fantastical, but engaging. And the ending was priceless. My only downside is that it does need another quick scrubbing grammatically. Lizzy books don't normally have many errors. They were a little distracting, but overall, I enjoyed this and read it much faster than I anticipated.

And Lizzy Ford again does an awesome job with Kiera's Sun - which is the sequel to “Kiera’s Moon” and also includes the novelette, “Kiera’s Home”. You really need to read Kiera's Moon before reading Kiera's Sun - it will make a whole lot more sense to you and will definitely catch you up on the story!!!

In Kiera's Sun - the 2nd book in the Anshan series, A'Ran (Kiera's lifemate) is amazed to learn that his lifemate (Kiera) is alive and was just kidnapped by her friends lifemate. This book continues the story of Kiera and A'Ran and their plans to fix the planet that they both are connected to. I don't write spoilers so I won't say anything more about the story - but this too is an awesome book and you will find that it is hard to put it down.

I am disappointed to hear that this is going to be where the story ends - but I guess that all stories must end somewhere.

I have been waiting for this book, and I was not disappointed. In this installment of the Anshan series, A'Ran is trying to fix the planet he blew up so that his people can finally go home. With the planets around him thinking he has gone insane and with no allies he is struggling to complete his duties. The one ray of sunshine is that his nishani has been returned to him and stands by his side. Keira believes in A'Ran but she has a secret of her own that she is terrified she won't be able to do anything about and will fail A'Ran and their people. There are a number of twists in this story that make it a tried and true Lizzy page turner. I can only hope that maybe she will add to this series. Definitely worth reading and if you haven't read Keira's Moon you should definitely read to get a better understanding of the background.
